Key Account Sales Manager

AideWiser SolTek is seeking an Advertising Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team.
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling advertising space to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their advertising objectives.
- Account Management: Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities to increase revenue and providing excellent customer service.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and on-time.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in outdoor advertising sales or any sales background.
- Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Working Conditions:
This position typically works in an office setting, but also requires frequent travel to meet with clients and attend industry events. The work schedule may include evenings and weekends to accommodate client needs. Outdoor advertising sales can be a competitive and fast-paced environment, requiring a high level of energy and self-motivation.
