Key Account Manager

About the Role
LUXASIA is the leading beauty omnichannel brand-builder in Asia Pacific, with a portfolio of over 100 luxury brands. We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in key retail client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients and mall management.
- Act as primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and execute sales plans that deliver sales growth, market share, and ROI.
- Ensure key locations for LUXASIA brands across all stores.
- Manage the P&L for managed retail accounts.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and drive revenue through strategic planning.
- Work closely with the commercial and marketing team to support retail stores.
- Ensure merchandising guidelines are adhered to across all stores.
- Collaborate with the demand planning team to ensure forecasting and base levels of stocks are met.
- Develop new channels for LUXASIA brands as per brand strategies.
- Conduct market analysis to stay aware of market trends and competitor activity.
- Provide regular sales performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in key accounts management, sales, or operations in a related industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
