About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets by developing and executing strategies to grow our business in assigned areas. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and identify new opportunities.

Responsibilities

  1. Achieve assigned sales targets by developing and executing strategic plans to grow our business in assigned areas.
  2. Support the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets by providing guidance and coaching.
  3. Develop and implement plans to achieve brand and product-specific targets.
  4. Conduct activities and programs as per division strategy to drive sales growth.
  5. Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  6. Ensure adequate stock availability of all products with assigned stockists.
  7. Monitor brand-wise and value-wise month-on-month sales progression to optimize sales performance.
  8. Guide team members on critical doctor conversion and engagement to drive sales growth.
  9. Analyze trends from stockist statements to accurately forecast sales for top stockists.
  10. Drive team execution of business strategies by simplifying them into tactical activities.
  11. Prioritize tasks, anticipate barriers, and identify opportunities to overcome target achievement deficits.
  12. Monitor team performance, identify gaps, and help bridge them to develop field effectiveness.
  13. Monitor effort parameters, strategy execution, and correct mix of doctors and distributors.

Requirements

  • BSc/BPharma background or Post Graduate/Graduated from any other background with sound education and performance track record.
  • Candidate with 2-4 years of experience as First Line manager in the same therapy has added advantage.
  • MNC and top Indian Pharma companies' candidates will have added advantage.
  • Effective communicator and analytical skill.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
