As a seasoned finance leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive financial plan aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish a multi-geo strategy for the organization in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to senior leaders and the board.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment planning.
  • Lead efforts to optimize capital structure and funding strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory law and financial regulations.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities for the Finance function.
  • Act as an advisor for the Automation Centre of Excellence to ideate and develop automation strategies for customers.
Requirements:

  • Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a Master's or MBA preferred. Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is advantageous. A minimum of 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, is required. Proven track record of strategic financial leadership, preferably in a high-growth startup, is essential.
