Executive Director of State Government Sales

Drive business growth and expansion in the North and East regions as a highly experienced Sales Manager.
We are seeking an accomplished professional with a deep understanding of the government procurement process, established relationships with key stakeholders, and proven experience in state government sales within a system integration company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead sales efforts in the North and East regions, focusing on IT business opportunities within state governments.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior bureaucrats, government officials, and decision-makers to influence and drive sales.
• Develop a thorough understanding of government tenders, procurement processes, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, bids, and other documentation necessary for government projects.
Role Competency:
• Experience: At least 10 years of overall sales experience with a minimum of 5 years specifically in state government sales.
• Industry: Must have worked in a System Integration company, with deep familiarity in selling IT solutions to state governments.
Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is ₹60,00,000 - ₹80,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
