About the Opportunity

This internship provides a unique chance to work with our founders in designing and scaling CSR initiatives that uplift women in underserved communities. You will be responsible for developing proposals that align corporate social responsibility goals with rural women-centric projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop Strategic Proposals
    • Conduct research and draft proposals that focus on skilling, entrepreneurship, health, and education initiatives for rural women.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals reflect community needs and organizational values.
  2. BUILD Partnerships
    • Identify companies with active CSR mandates in gender equity, rural development, or livelihood generation.
    • Present tailored proposals and maintain follow-ups to establish long-term partnerships.
  3. Liaison with NGOs & CSR Teams
    • Engage with NGOs working in rural women empowerment to understand their models and impact metrics.
    • Customize documentation to reflect shared goals and co-create scalable interventions.
Requirements

We are seeking students or early-career professionals who:

  1. Are pursuing BBA / MBA, or BA / MA / PhD in Economics, Development Studies, or related fields.
  2. Have strong communication skills and a passion for gender-inclusive development.
  3. Are proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.
  4. Want to build a career in CSR, fundraising, or social impact—especially with a focus on rural women.
  5. Are planning to study abroad and seeking relevant experience in development work.
