Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage marketplace business for fashion brands, including collaborations with various sellers panels and order management systems.
  • Lead financial calculations and drive daily operational decisions, working closely with teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee a team of operations and MIS personnel to drive business growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in data analysis, as well as understanding of marketplace nuances and algorithms.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong internal stakeholder management and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in AI tools and programming languages like SQL and Python.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketplaces or similar field.
