Job Title: Fashion Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced fashion creative director to lead our team forward and contribute to our success.

  • Fashion Creative Directors will be responsible for overseeing operational and creative teams, ensuring quality imaging asset creation according to defined style guides while meeting operational metrics.

A key responsibility of the role will be to manage changing priorities and implement plans (staffing, space planning etc.) to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising or a related field and a minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial studio workflow.

You will provide leadership, mentoring, training, development and performance management to Operational and Creative Leaders.

Achieving quality results in a fast-paced environment is essential for this role, as is the ability to identify opportunities to improve tools, systems and processes and partner with the right teams to drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage expertise in visual composition, aesthetic presentation, and market trends to drive success
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of commercial studio workflow
  • Oversee operational and creative teams to ensure high-quality output
  • Identify opportunities to improve tools, systems, and processes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial studio workflow
  • Proven track record of driving success in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to think critically and outside the box
