Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled sales professional to drive business growth through client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct video calls with potential clients
- Manage schedule to handle approximately 100 calls per month from inbound leads
- Complete daily tasks every day from Monday to Saturday
- Be available to communicate through collaboration tools from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm IST daily
- Build rapport with potential clients through meaningful conversations
- Ensure honesty and integrity in client interactions
- Lead prospects to the best decision for their mental wellness
- Stay aware of performance metrics and understand both successes and areas needing improvement
- Keep accurate records of interactions and activities within the CRM system
