Optimizing Sales Performance

This role is responsible for driving sales growth through data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop and manage sales analytics tools to inform business strategy.
  • Enhance Sales Processes: Optimize sales processes and performance metrics to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales teams and other departments to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
  • Produce and Support MIS/Data Reports: Create and maintain sales reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
  • Manage Vendor Payments and Reconciliations: Oversee vendor payment processing and financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and Manage Sales Operations Projects: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement sales operations projects from inception to completion.
  • Key Requirements:
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Sales Operations Management
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Data Analysis Tools
  • Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Related Field
  • Desirable Skills:
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
