Pharmaceutical Franchise Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmaceutical Franchise Development Manager to drive sales growth by developing and managing a network of franchise partners in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Franchise Network Development:
  • Analyze market trends and identify prospective franchise partners for strategic partnerships.
  • Negotiate agreements and onboard new franchisees with comprehensive product training and compliance guidelines.
  • Revenue Growth:
  • Achieve sales targets through direct sales and franchisee channels, monitoring performance and implementing corrective action plans as needed.
  • Franchisee Management:
  • Provide ongoing support, including regular visits, performance reviews, and coaching, to ensure targets are met.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Gather competitor data, track market developments, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Recommend initiatives to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Reporting & Administration:
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and performance reports.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 2 – 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or franchise/channel development roles.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach.
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical products, regulatory norms, and market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
