
Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a driven Business Development professional to join our team at the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving relationship management with existing partners, ensuring smooth business functioning across partners.
- Delivering against volume, revenue, penetration and growth targets for assigned partners while identifying opportunities for business expansion and growth.
- Developing sales pipelines through strategic partnerships, leveraging all available resources in coordination with product teams, operations, industry networking, market intelligence, etc.
- Collaborating with internal constituents and external stakeholders to create and execute go-to-market strategies, marketing plans, collaterals, media, campaigns, and promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product enhancement implementation across partner channels to drive business growth.
- Liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery on required customizations.
- Facilitating seamless onboarding for new partners and partners' training programs.
- Developing and managing the brand and brand positioning strategies.
- Ensuring effective communication with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development or related field.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and banking systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
