Role Overview – Inside Sales Specialist

As an Inside Sales Specialist at Persevex, you will play a key role in driving our growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions that add value. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads, nurture relationships, and convert prospects into long-term customers. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about EdTech, enjoys building client relationships, and is motivated by achieving results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients through calls, emails, and online channels.
  • Understand customer requirements and effectively present Persevex's solutions.
  • Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Schedule product demos and follow up with prospects to ensure successful conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and generate quality leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance offerings and strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong interest in sales, business development, or customer engagement, preferably with prior exposure through internships, projects, or coursework.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejections and maintain persistence.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • No formal degree requirement — skills, attitude, and drive to succeed matter most

Compensation Structure

This role follows a structured pathway designed to prepare candidates for a full-time Inside Sales position.


• Internship (Mandatory):

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Stipend: ₹15,000/month
  • Objective: Develop sales skills, understand customer needs, and demonstrate ability to meet sales goals.


• Full-Time Offer (Based on Performance):

  • CTC: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum
  • Additional growth opportunities, performance-based incentives, and learning benefits.
