Telecalling Sales Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated telecallers to join our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to contact customers who have abandoned their purchases and convert them into successful orders.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Hindi & English, with a persuasive, confident attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to customers who left items in their cart.
  • Convince and assist them to complete their purchase.
  • Respond to customer queries about products, offers, delivery, and payments.
  • Share active promotions (discounts, combos, etc.) to boost conversions.
  • Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and report conversions.
  • Meet assigned sales and recovery targets.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in telecalling or telesales is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Ability to handle 100-150 calls per day.
  • Persuasive and target-driven mindset.
  • A reliable laptop with stable internet access.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Capacity to work independently from home.
