Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Sales Systems Integration Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in sales operations and systems integration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating and optimizing sales systems to ensure seamless data flow between platforms. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate CRM/ERP systems, optimizing sales system architecture, and serving as the primary administrator for sales tools and platforms.

In addition, the Sales Systems Integration Specialist will lead system integration projects, create and maintain system documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures, monitor data quality and integrity across integrated platforms, generate reports and dashboards for leadership, and train sales teams on new tools and process changes.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales operations or systems integration role.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and ERP systems.
  • Experience with system integration tools such as APIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with sales workflows, KPIs, and data compliance standards.
