Key Position: Integration Expert

We are seeking an accomplished expert in system integration to drive our Order Gateway team's success. This role involves overseeing the development of exchange connectivity and system integration, ensuring seamless interactions between trading systems and evolving business needs.

About the Role

  • Take ownership of integrating order entry and drop copy projects from inception to delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, exchanges, and external vendors to gather requirements and implement successful integrations.
  • Drive technology advancements, platform upgrades, and system migrations.
  • Optimize workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to production support, release management, and system reliability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in systems integration, preferably with exposure to exchange connectivity.
  • A thorough understanding of trade lifecycle and experience with FIX protocol.
  • Proficiency in Linux environments.
  • Experience with C++ or Python is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with financial markets and asset classes is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in hedge funds or investment banks is preferred.
