ServiceNow Solution Engineer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow solution engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. This role involves designing scalable and optimal solutions across the Compliance & Risk domains using the ServiceNow platform and cutting-edge technology.

This engineer will leverage their expertise in business and technical knowledge to develop and implement business partner strategies on time. They will be responsible for requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of the development life cycle, including configuration, workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, Integrations, and CMDB.

In this role, you will work closely with other engineers, product owners, staff architects, and staff engineers to deliver projects efficiently. You will also participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, and provide consultation to product owners with recommendations to drive their requirements to success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing scalable and optimal solutions across the Compliance & Risk domains
  • Configuring ServiceNow platform and cutting-edge technology
  • Leveraging business and technical knowledge to develop and implement business partner strategies
  • Participating in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
  • Providing consultation to product owners

To succeed in this role, you should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, Integrations, and CMDB, as well as proficiency in programming methodologies such as JavaScript, API (Restful), XML, Java, Jelly scripting, and Angular JS.

A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical disciplines, along with 4-8+ years of development experience and 2-6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow including Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions/components in ServiceNow Suite, is required.

Nice to Have Skills include GCP working knowledge, Agile Framework experience, and Scaled Agile Framework experience.
