Job Title: Network Integration Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled engineer to support integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of RAN and transport equipment. The role involves end-to-end integration of new sites, technology upgrades (4G/5G), and ensuring seamless performance as per TMO standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform integration, commissioning, and configuration of RAN (LTE/5G) and transport nodes for T-Mobile projects.
  • Work on AirScale, Flexi, and other RAN platforms, including software upgrades and parameter configuration.
  • Execute new site integrations, carrier adds, rehomes, and technology swaps as per TMO guidelines.
  • Perform call testing, KPI validation, and troubleshooting during and after integration.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AirScale, Flexi BTS, gNodeB/eNodeB integration, and a strong understanding of LTE/5G architecture, parameters, and KPIs. Experience in site integration, carrier addition, feature activation, and familiarity with NetAct/ENM, OSS tools, and TMO tools is also required. Strong troubleshooting skills, good communication and coordination skills, and flexibility to work in shifts, nights, and weekends as required by project are essential for this role.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must have expertise in Nokia network projects with a focus on integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with RAN (LTE/5G) and transport nodes is necessary. Proficiency in software upgrades and parameter configuration is also required.
