Job Title:

A Financial Systems Expert is required to lead and execute financial systems activities during organizational transitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement processes for company separation, including inactivation of accounts, closure of company codes, and data extraction strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the scope of divestiture and ensure alignment with business requirements
  • Configure and support financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and multi-currency setups.
  • Handle intercompany settlements, period-end closures, and reporting requirements
  • Lead historical data extraction and handover to acquiring entities.
  • Ensure seamless integration with financial systems during transitions
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 12–15 years of experience in financial systems with a focus on finance and cross-functional modules.
  • Proven experience in at least one company separation, merger, or acquisition project.
  • Strong understanding of financial system configuration, data structures, and integration points.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (audit readiness).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
