Job Title: Expert Financial Consolidation and Close SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of financial consolidation and close processes.About the Role:
  • Implement and configure Oracle FCCS for financial consolidation and close processes.
  • Work with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions within the FCCS platform.
  • Configure and manage financial close workflows, ensuring efficient and accurate financial consolidations.
  • Design and implement data integration strategies between Oracle FCCS and other ERP/financial systems.
  • Provide expertise in intercompany eliminations, FX revaluation, and consolidation adjustments.
  • Develop and configure financial reporting solutions using Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and Narrative Reporting.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimizing the system for performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and user adoption.
  • Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the Oracle EPM platform.
Requirements:
  • Mastery of Oracle EPM and related technologies.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial consolidation and close processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
