Expert Master Data Management Professional

This is a high-level, expert position that requires a deep understanding of master data management and its application in financial consolidation, reporting, and planning processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting master data management solutions within the Tagetik platform. They will ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable master data across multiple modules (Consolidation, Planning, Reporting).
A key aspect of this role is collaboration with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data governance and compliance. The candidate will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving MDM-related issues within the Tagetik environment.
The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of overall EPM/CPM experience, with at least 2+ years in Tagetik MDM. They will possess strong understanding of master data management, metadata, and hierarchy maintenance. Experience integrating Tagetik with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, etc.) and knowledge of SQL, ETL, and data integration tools are highly desirable.
In addition, the candidate should have excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of finance processes (consolidation, planning, forecasting) and experience working in global delivery or consulting environments are also preferred.
