Master Data Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) professional to join our team and lead the implementation of master data management solutions within the Tagetik platform. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable master data across financial consolidation, reporting, and planning processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure MDM solutions for finance and enterprise data management.
  • Manage hierarchies, metadata, and dimensions across multiple modules (Consolidation, Planning, Reporting).
  • Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data governance and compliance.
  • Design and implement data integration processes with upstream/downstream systems (ERP, BI, Data Warehouse).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related issues within the Tagetik environment.
  • Document solutions, best practices, and provide user training/support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of overall EPM/CPM experience, with 2+ years in Tagetik MDM.
  • Strong understanding of master data management, metadata, and hierarchy maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience with Tagetik Consolidation, Planning, and Reporting modules is a plus.
  • Experience integrating Tagetik with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of SQL, ETL, and data integration tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of finance processes (consolidation, planning, forecasting).
  • Experience working in global delivery or consulting environments.
  • Tagetik certifications.
