Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Database Solutions: Utilize your expertise in data design to create database solutions that meet business requirements and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain Analytics Data Warehouse: Responsible for developing and maintaining the Analytics data warehouse and MDM, leveraging data from across a variety of internal applications and data vendors.
  • Contribute to Technical Solutions: Contribute to the design and development of technical solutions to ensure that business requirements are satisfied.
  • Develop Processes: Develops and deploys processes to establish and track data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the data warehouse & MDM system.
  • Utilize Standard Languages: Utilize experience with standard analytical, reporting and programming languages and their application (such as SQL, Alteryx, Informatica, Python, R, and Stored Procedure).
  • Drive Adoption: Driving the adoption of data management and reporting tools for business users.
  • Deliver Reports: Delivers data sets, views, and automated reporting to stakeholders on an as-needed basis.
  • Document Processes: Documents ETL & MDM processes used for the data warehouse, data flow, and data quality to ensure visibility and transparency for stakeholders and boundary partners.

Qualifications:

  • Professional Work Experience: Professional work experience in Master Data Management, Hands-on experience with Master Data Management (full lifecycle gathering requirements, choosing/implementing tool, building solutions) preferred.
  • Knowledge of MDM Platform: Knowledge of an Enterprise-level Master Data Management platform such as Reltio MDM, Informatica MDM, Veeva Network, etc.
  • Awareness of MDM Trends: Awareness of MDM trends, MDM Concepts, and other technologies in the market
  • Experience in Data Profiling: Demonstrated experience in data profiling, data modeling, and data analysis to support the requirements.
  • High Proficiency in SQL: High proficiency with the SQL language and database management
  • Understanding of ETL Tools: Good understanding of ETL, analytics, and visualization tools like Informatica, Alteryx, Power BI, Python, Excel, and Tableau.
