**System Integration Specialist Role:**

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage messaging and file transfer technologies, ensuring seamless interactions with end users and application teams.
  • Lead a highly skilled team, overseeing onboarding, project management, cost control, and optimization.
  • Handle critical escalations, propose innovative solutions, and collaborate globally in a challenging environment.
  • Ensure resiliency tests are performed as recommended, and participate in supporting applications during disasters.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 4-6 years of experience in IT infrastructure related fields, preferably in outsourcing or managed services environments.
  • Experience in Sterling file gateway (SFG), Sterling Integrator, IBM Connect Express, and IBM Connect Direct.
  • Proficiency in Unix/Linux, protocols (SFTP, FTP, FTPs, HTTPS, S3, Pesit), certificate renewals, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Good understanding of automation, incident, change, request, and release management, asset, license, and capacity management, and resiliency, DR process, and BCP.
  • Engineering graduate/MCA/Computer Science Graduate or PG.
