Position Overview:

Your role as a Program Advisor is to engage with potential students, understand their career aspirations, and provide tailored guidance on how our programs can help them achieve their goals.

As a Program Advisor, you will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of leads, providing in-depth information to interested students via phone and email, guiding learners through the enrollment process, and adhering to our sales process and data management practices.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of inside sales or consultative selling experience in International Edtech markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to make 120+ dials and/or emails a day.
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • Growth Mindset and ability to implement feedback.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a large pipeline with different stages in the enrollment process.
