Job Description

As a seasoned IT audit professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's IT audit strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational risks and regulatory expectations. Your expertise will be instrumental in strengthening internal controls, enhancing IT governance, and providing independent assurance through proactive risk identification and audit oversight.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing risk-based annual IT audit plans for various entities, ensuring responsiveness to and alignment with the organization's risk profile.
  • Leading annual and ongoing evaluations of IT infrastructure, establishing controls and audit procedures to identify areas of risk or non-compliance, and mapping them with auditable entities/functions.
  • Ensuring proper resourcing for plan implementation, adjusting the plan as needed in response to changes in business risks, operations, programs, systems, and controls.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong background in IT security and infrastructure, with experience working/agauditing in agile product management environments.
  • At least 7 years' experience in IT audits, preferably with 2-3 years in a team management role, holding qualifications like CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC, PPM, PMP, DISA, or equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge of RBI and/or IRDAI guidelines on IT frameworks & sensitive data protection, with 3-5 years of Fintech or NBFC industry experience.
