Job Title: Circle Sales Manager

Job Summary:

As a Circle Sales Manager at Ultiwise Consult, you will be responsible for handling sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. You will design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
  2. Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  3. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  4. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  5. Presentation of sales revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team, maintaining client activity ratio, and reporting the same.
  6. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  7. Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from any stream.
  • 8 to 10 years of work experience, including minimum 4 years of experience as a team handler.
  • Good communication, target-oriented, team player, and handling multiple products.
