Job Title: Circle Sales Manager
Job Summary:
As a Circle Sales Manager at Ultiwise Consult, you will be responsible for handling sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. You will design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Presentation of sales revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team, maintaining client activity ratio, and reporting the same.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
Requirements:
- Graduate from any stream.
- 8 to 10 years of work experience, including minimum 4 years of experience as a team handler.
- Good communication, target-oriented, team player, and handling multiple products.
