Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Manager Sales Strategist to lead and execute our sales strategy. This role is pivotal in shaping our approach to market penetration, revenue growth, and strategic positioning. The Senior Manager will be responsible for defining and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, managing portfolios, analyzing market trends, and establishing guidelines and policies to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development and Planning:

Define and develop a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our vision of transforming land management. Plan and execute strategic initiatives to achieve short-term and long-term sales goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Portfolio Management:

Oversee and manage the sales portfolio, ensuring effective allocation of resources and optimization of sales opportunities. Evaluate and adjust portfolio strategies based on performance metrics, market conditions, and company goals.

GTA Strategy Definition:

Develop and define go-to-market (GTA) strategies to effectively position our products and services in the market. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to align GTA strategies with broader business initiatives.

ROI Assignment:

Establish and assign return on investment (ROI) targets for various sales initiatives and campaigns. Monitor and analyze ROI performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize returns and drive profitability.

Market Trend Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights from market trends to inform strategic decisions and adapt sales approaches to meet evolving demands.

Policy and Guideline Creation:

Develop and implement policies and guidelines to standardize sales practices and ensure consistency across the organization. Establish best practices for sales processes, performance measurement, and compliance with industry regulations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and operations, to drive cohesive strategy execution. Foster collaboration and communication to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Performance Monitoring:

Set performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives. Regularly review performance data and reports to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Strategic Expertise:

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, with a strong understanding of strategic planning and execution.
