As a highly skilled administrator, you will play a key role in managing and customizing the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS). This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise and take on new challenges.

About the Role:
  • You will serve as the primary administrator for the Encompass LOS, ensuring smooth system operations and user support.
  • You will be responsible for configuring user roles, security, and access controls, as well as managing input forms, business rules, field triggers, persona workflows, and reports.
  • You will partner with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams to enhance system functionality and optimize workflows.
  • You will maintain and test system updates, releases, and new features from ICE Mortgage Technology, ensuring data integrity and security across platforms.
  • You will ensure Encompass aligns with banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security policies, supporting audits and system usage reviews.
  • You will also oversee integrations with third-party systems, including loan servicing, document management, and core banking.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Encompass Administrator.
  • Strong knowledge of Encompass workflows, configuration, and customizations.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements and relevant certifications, such as those offered by ICE Mortgage Technology.
