Senior Financial Director Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Director to lead our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives, lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, provide insightful recommendations to the leadership team for informed decision-making.
  • Accounts & Financial Reporting: Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and reconciliations, ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, implement best practices in financial reporting aligned with Indian GAAP/IFRS/Ind-AS, monitor cash flow, working capital, and ensure accuracy in financial MIS reports.
  • Audit & Compliance: Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits end-to-end, ensuring timely closure, ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, FEMA, and other regulatory requirements, establish and maintain robust internal controls to minimize risks, liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Taxation & Regulatory: Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, filings, and assessments, ensure timely payment of taxes and adherence to statutory timelines, stay abreast of regulatory changes and implement necessary process updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Professional accounting designation as a CA
  • 10+ years' experience at a senior level financial management position in a similar industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner
