Job Description

An Order-to-Cash Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the OTC process, ensuring seamless order management, billing, and collections. This individual works closely with teams to streamline operations, improve cash flow, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of all aspects of Cash allocation, including validated experience and reporting to business. They will collaborate closely with AR functions, track aged receivables, and build collections strategies based on ageing and account allocation.

This role requires excellent communication skills, proactive communication, and adherence to SOX Regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily monitoring of invoice flow, conducting quality checks, and sticking to agreed-upon timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent graduation/post-degree in Accounting/Finance-related work experience
  • Knowledge of accounting concepts and journal entries
  • Prior experience in B2B Collections, Billing, and Cash Applications
  • Experience in Oracle Fusion, D365 (Dynamic 365 and advanced version of Navision)
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow and Jira
