Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced transformation leader to drive change for global enterprises and solve business challenges that matter. As an Assistant Vice President – Order to Cash GPO, you will be responsible for directing and executing GPO roadmaps that solve business problems/opportunities in the F&A domain.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong influencing skills, clarity of thought on effective project management, and ability to coach & mentor people. The ideal candidate should have experience in driving GenAI/Agentic, RPA program and deploying it across platforms, as well as managing client discussions and driving large transformation programs.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional global teams to deliver digital/CI projects/roadmap, working with client leadership to successfully implement GPO strategies. You will also be responsible for identifying/planning and delivering operational excellence and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma methodology to optimize business processes and improve efficiency
  • Develop and implement GPO roadmaps that solve business problems/opportunities in the F&A domain
  • Lead cross-functional global teams to deliver digital/CI projects/roadmap
  • Manage client relationships and deliver transformation roadmaps
  • Identify and log issues and incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend process improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in driving GenAI/Agentic, RPA program and deploying it across platforms
  • Extensive experience in Order to Cash domain, including leading transformation across all sub-processes like Cash Application, Billing, Netting etc.
  • Strong influencing skills and clarity of thought on effective project management
  • Ability to coach & mentor people and work in diverse teams with multiple stakeholders
  • Delivers oral and written communications that have clarity and impact
  • Experience in managing client discussions and driving large transformation programs
