Are you a seasoned leader looking to drive transformation and growth? We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Record to Report team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and closure of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities.
  • Ensure all month-end tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards, while meeting key performance metrics.
  • Balance aligned processes including General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Reporting, and Balance Account Reconciliations.
  • Maintain client satisfaction and ensure successful external and internal audits.
Requirements

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • A CA/CMA qualification with a B.Com degree at graduation level.
  • Relevant work experience in accounting.
Preferred Qualifications

Our preferred candidate will have:

  • Experience in General Ledger management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance team and client discussions.
