SAP Order to Cash (O2C) Solutions Architect Role Summary

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SAP Order to Cash (O2C) Solutions Architect to join our team. As an O2C Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that meet the business needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement SAP Order to Cash processes aligned with business requirements and best practices.
  • Govern consistency and quality of ERP solutions by understanding business processes and collaborating with ERP team members.
  • Identify, propose, and drive solution options that support strategic business objectives and align with the company's future roadmap.

You will work closely with SAP tower leads and business partners to maintain and publish the SAP solution roadmap. Additionally, you will oversee the entire SAP Order to Cash process and report to the Product Owner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 12+ years of combined SAP Order to Cash experience with multiple full life cycle implementations.
  • Domain expertise in commercial processes, order management, and integration with upstream planning and downstream logistics processes.
  • Solid understanding of indirect sales processing.
  • Knowledge and experience with key integration areas such as Planning, Intercompany Sales, Finance, and Logistics.
  • Demonstrated experience in large-scale IT projects, including project management, operational service delivery, and SAP implementation.
