Lead SAP Order Management Specialist

Role Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) Pre-Delivery process within a team. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize solutions to enhance O2C processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions to address needs.
  • Work as an internal consultant and design architect for SAP global solutions in collaboration with business partners.
  • Develop, prototype, test, and implement solution improvements to enhance stability, usability, and functionality.
  • Focus on improving the Order Management process and its integration with other SAP modules like Vistex, Hybris, and Service Management tools for O2C.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of SAP O2C experience with multiple full life cycle implementations.
  • Life sciences/pharmaceuticals industry experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP HANA, Vistex Modules, CRM, Hybris, Salesforce is preferred.
  • Expertise in Order Management, integration with upstream planning, downstream logistics processes, and indirect sales processing.

Physical Position Requirements
  • Location: Hyderabad, India.
  • Working Hours: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM EST (ICC Second Shift).
  • Weekend Work: Occasional weekend work required during high-priority projects or production go-live.
  • Time Zone Overlap: Some overlap with EST time zone required during production go-live.
