**Job Title:** Senior Production Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Production Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, with expertise in optimizing processes and improving efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the productivity of the unit meets or exceeds targets.
  • Maintain the health and productivity of all equipment and machines.
  • Practice safety norms within manufacturing activities without compromise.
  • Ensure quality of products meets declared norms.
  • Acquire knowledge of all products and processes manufactured in the plant.
  • Keep a continuous focus on 4M and upgrade.
  • Ensure declared inventory is always in stock by managing space effectively.
  • Create channels for transferring skills to operating personnel.
  • Coordinate with the HR department for preparing skill matrices and competency mapping.
  • Implement SAP manufacturing modules across operational activities.
  • Introduce a culture of working within the framework of TPM and Kaizen.
  • Deliver new orders within 2 days from the order date.
  • Continuously improve cost reduction in manufacturing expenses product-wise.
  • Maintain harmonious relationships with employees and ensure discipline and motivation.
  • Support the NPD team for speedy development of new products.
