We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager - AVP to join our team as an individual contributor. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape and deliver innovative solutions for our clients.

About the Job

  • This position requires strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in product management within the alternative funds industry.
  • You will be instrumental in conducting in-depth market research, drafting essential content, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful product rollouts and strategic initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Market & Strategic Analysis
  • Prepare and maintain industry and market analyses for regular presentations to stakeholders.
  • Conduct competitive landscape assessments for service offerings and technology.
  • Establish and maintain reliable market research sources, and distribute regular competitive landscape updates.
Product Strategy & Planning
  • Collaborate with senior Product Managers to draft essential content for new innovation initiatives.
  • Support VPs in the development of comprehensive business cases and in securing sponsorship for new initiatives.
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps for relevant private markets areas (PE/PC).
Product Design & Execution
  • Contribute to the design of high-level technology components and process solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across global locations to execute approved strategic initiatives.
Documentation & Marketing
  • Create high-quality presentations and documentation for VPs to use in stakeholder meetings.
  • Develop and maintain standard product offering documentation.
  • Prepare copy for the development and maintenance of client-facing product marketing materials.

About You

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field.
  • Strong functional knowledge of fund accounting workflows, carry models, capital activity processing, and cash management in private markets.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering product capabilities or process improvements that solve client problems.
  • Experience writing business cases and product documentation; commercially minded with comfort in building ROI frameworks.
  • Experience with the product development lifecycle.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders.
  • Key Skills
    • Superior English communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Advanced presentation skills with expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint.
    • Strong project management and coordination capabilities.
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise communications.
