Job Title: Incentive Compensation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Incentive Compensation Specialist to join our team. As an Incentive Compensation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing incentive compensation systems that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver high-quality incentive operations support using industry-leading tools and techniques.
  • Design and build incentive compensation systems that align with business objectives and drive excellent customer service.
  • Support in creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality checklists, and knowledge repositories that capture qualitative and quantitative reports of field excellence trends.
  • Support team leaders in on-boarding new associates and participating in various knowledge sharing sessions to improve quality deliverables.
  • Ensure exemplary communication with all stakeholders, including internal associates and clients, through regular updates and focus on accomplishments, KPIs, best practices, staffing changes, and key events.
  • Comply with all internal functional operating procedures, such as time tracking, KPI tracking, and reporting, and other internal systems and processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in Technology or Data Science related domains.
  • Fluency in English is a prerequisite, while knowledge of other country languages would be an advantage.
  • Experience (1-3 years) in analytics-based organizations or pharmaceutical companies or Pharma services domain.
  • An understanding of Pharmaceutical business, including its regulatory environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking with problem-solving approach.
  • Proven track record of delivery analytics and insights for field excellence and/or data-enabled solutions.
