Senior Manager of Incentive Operations

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Leading and Delivering Incentive Operations
- Managing Team Developmental Aspirations and Performance
- Ensuring Delivery of Efficient and High-Quality Deliverables
- Promoting Synergy and Best Practice Sharing Among Team Members
- Managing Process Flows and Quality Checklists
- Onboarding New Associates and Conducting Knowledge Sharing Sessions
- Co-Leading Operational Governance with Regional and Country Leadership
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive good stakeholder feedback through effective communication.
- Develop and maintain knowledge repositories capturing qualitative and quantitative reports of field excellence trends.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Graduate in an analytical field or data science.
Languages: Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of other languages would be an advantage.
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in incentive calculations, commercial execution, design, management consulting, or pharmaceutical company.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical business, including regulatory environment.
- Project team leadership experience.
- Proven track record of delivery analytics, SFE, and insights for field excellence.
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence strategic decision-making.
- Strong analytical thinking with problem-solving approach.
- Cross-cultural work experience in an international company.
- Customer service orientation and consultative solution delivery.
- Business results-focus with proven ability to provide insights increasing productivity.
