High-Complexity Incentive Operations Specialist

As an Incentive Calculations Specialist, you will create and deliver high-complexity sales force incentive operations support.
You will design and build complex incentive compensation systems using structured project management approaches with appropriate documentation and communication.
Additionally, you will develop and maintain knowledge repositories capturing qualitative and quantitative reports of field excellence related trends across operating markets.
Responsibilities include complying with internal functional operating procedures like time tracking, KPI tracking and reporting, and other internal systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and deliver high-complexity sales force incentive operations support
- Design and build complex incentive compensation systems
- Develop and maintain knowledge repositories capturing qualitative and quantitative reports
- Graduate degree in Technology or Data Science related domains
- Fluency in English is a prerequisite, while knowledge of other languages would be advantageous
- Experience in analytics-based organizations or pharmaceutical companies
- Understanding of Pharmaceutical business including its regulatory environment
- Strong analytical thinking with problem-solving approach
- Customer service-oriented and consultative solution delivery
