We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our organization as an individual contributor.

Job Description

This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with senior leadership to shape and deliver innovative solutions for clients. You will be instrumental in conducting in-depth market research, drafting essential content, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful product rollouts and strategic initiatives.

  • Market & Strategic Analysis:

  • Prepare and maintain industry and market analyses for regular presentations to stakeholders.

  • Conduct competitive landscape assessments for service offerings and technology.

  • Establish and maintain reliable market research sources, and distribute regular competitive landscape updates.

  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and experience.

  • Conduct current state analysis and perform detailed gap analysis for new initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field.
  • Experience & Knowledge:

  • Strong functional knowledge of fund accounting workflows, carry models, capital activity processing, and cash management in private markets.

  • Demonstrated success in delivering product capabilities or process improvements that solve client problems.

  • Experience writing business cases and product documentation; commercially minded with comfort in building ROI frameworks.

  • Experience with the product development lifecycle.

  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects.

  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes.

  • Developing and maintaining standard product offering documentation.

  • Preparing copy for the development and maintenance of client-facing product marketing materials.

  • Creating and publishing regular product digests for key stakeholders.
