Are you a skilled professional looking for a challenging role in the pharmaceutical industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Market Insights Specialist to join our team. As a Market Insights Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic insights that shape and develop program and brand strategies.

Your primary responsibility will be to partner with cross-functional teams to drive comprehensive outside-in strategic perspectives, bringing value-added insights on patients, customers, competitors, payers, and regulators. You will analyze and evaluate information from research, intelligence, and analytics, making connections between the information found and combining it with prior knowledge to create new insights that enable fact-based decision-making.

In this role, you will also be responsible for interpreting market data, including patient analytics, physician analytics, and customer engagement, to make business recommendations and actions. Additionally, you will design and plan all facets of market research, competitive intelligence, and analytics based on a sound understanding of research tools, techniques, and datasets.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a sound understanding of the therapeutic disease area, disease state, and product expertise, including market dynamics and commercialization strategies. A minimum of 8 years of pertinent experience in pharmaceutical companies and/or strategic, marketing, or healthcare consultancy companies is required. Experience in two areas of either market research/analytics roles with a leading pharmaceutical or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company/solution provider is preferred.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering/Pharmacy/Medicine/Science/Statistics/Business or related fields (including MBBS/MDs/MS/MPH)
  • Languages: Superior verbal and written communication skills mandatory. English proficiency is essential.
  • Experience/Skills: Sound understanding of the Therapeutic Disease Area, disease state, and product expertise, including market dynamics and commercialization strategies. Analytical skills, project management, facilitation of cross-functional teams within a matrix environment, and proficiency in storyboarding and applying behavioral science are also essential.
