Financial Analyst Role

The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the operational conversion of strategic goals within a dedicated area of the business.

  • Support direct managers with financial activities, decision making, and general projects to achieve operational excellence.
  • Provide accurate analysis and reporting on time, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and measure ongoing business performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving early warning systems to redirect resources effectively.
  • Ensure data integrity from commercial teams and provide value-added insights to support forecast accuracy improvement.
  • Streamline existing management reporting processes and implement lean practices to enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with Business Partners across functions (FRA, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain) to gather information accurately and on time.
  • Support business case proposals, profitability tracking, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning processes.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Operational Conversion: Support direct managers in achieving operational excellence through financial activities, decision-making, and project execution.
  • Data Analysis: Provide accurate analysis and reporting to ensure compliance and timely delivery of data.
  • Business Performance: Monitor and measure ongoing business performance to identify areas for improvement and drive early warning systems.
  • Process Improvement: Streamline existing management reporting processes and implement lean practices to enhance productivity.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Business Partners to gather information accurately and on time.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in Financial Management and Operations Management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
