SAP Order to Cash Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced SAP Order to Cash (O2C) Solution Architect to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to drive process improvements and optimize O2C operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and implementing end-to-end O2C solutions, aligning with our organization's strategic goals and best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain O2C processes, ensuring seamless integration with upstream planning and downstream logistics processes.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a deep understanding of commercial processes, order management, and integration with SAP systems. Experience with S/4HANA transformations, indirect sales processing, and knowledge of regulatory requirements such as SOX compliance is highly desirable.

You will also be responsible for overseeing the entire O2C process, reporting to the ZICC Product Owner, and engaging in continuous performance tuning and reengineering to improve processing efficiency and reduce latency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement end-to-end O2C solutions, aligning with organizational goals and best practices.
  • Oversee the entire O2C process, including architectural design, integration, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with upstream planning and downstream logistics processes.
  • Engage in continuous performance tuning and reengineering to improve processing efficiency and reduce latency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of combined SAP Order to Cash (O2C) experience with multiple full life cycle implementations, including at least 3 years in functions such as TM, EWM, GATP, Vistex, Hybris, or GTS.
  • Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceuticals industry is preferred.
  • Domain expertise in commercial processes, order management, and integration with SAP systems.
  • Solid understanding of indirect sales processing, S/4HANA transformations, and regulatory requirements such as SOX compliance.
