Job Title: SAP SD Order-to-Cash Support SpecialistRole Overview

This is a key position that requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities. The primary objective is to provide timely and efficient support to clients who encounter issues or errors related to the OTC flow in the SAP production environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain and resolve issues related to OTC processing, ensuring all production issues are resolved within accepted service levels.
  • Perform routine checks and audits on systems to guarantee quality and performance standards.
  • Analyze and diagnose root causes of problems, collaborating with the SAP functional team and other business units to resolve user issues.
  • Support the release management process, ensuring all production changes are processed according to Change Management policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Engineering or equivalent experience is required; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 7 years of SAP experience in the area of SD, including Order interfaces, contracts, Batch Management, Periodic Billing, BOMs, Serial no management, Shipments, and carrier integration.
  • Substantial knowledge of OTC system configuration and prior experience in full-scale, global SAP implementation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
