Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP configuration specialist to implement the SD module (Order to Cash process) and provide support for end-user training and documentation.

About the Role:

This position involves configuring and implementing the SD module, as well as providing support for integration with MM, FI, and logistics modules.

  • Configure and implement the SD module (Order to Cash process).
  • Manage pricing procedures, billing, shipping, and invoicing.
  • Support integration with MM, FI, and logistics modules.
  • Provide support for end-user training and documentation.
  • Lead or support the CVI migration project from ECC to S/4HANA.
  • Perform CVI pre-checks, data cleansing, and synchronization of customer/vendor master records with Business Partner (BP).
  • Configure BP roles and CVI settings.
  • Collaborate with data migration teams to ensure accurate transformation and mapping.
  • Participate in blueprinting, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and cutover planning.
  • Resolve incidents, provide post-go-live support, and optimize processes.
  • Liaise with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
  • Document configurations and changes according to project standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP SD configuration and support.
  • 12 years of hands-on experience with CVI and Business Partner (BP) in S/4HANA.
  • Strong understanding of master data concepts, especially customer/vendor master.
  • Experience with data migration tools like LSMW, LTMC, or BODS is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
