Your place in the team

As a SAP SD Architect you will need to listen to the client needs, understand difficulties with their existing solution, while hearing their motivations for migrating to a new one. The role is a balance of providing technical solutions and meeting and manipulating business requirements.

Responsibilities

·      15+ years of relevant experience which includes at least 2 projects of end-to-end Implementation.

·      Excellent SAP process knowledge with focus on Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and logistics processes.

·      Strong experience across the broad topics of SAP, with focus on Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and logistics processes.

• Deep knowledge of SAP functional architecture, with experience in end-to-end solution design
• Ability to lead and influence stakeholders, clients, and project teams
• A track record of successful SAP project implementations
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to innovate and adapt to evolving business needs
• Develop and cost cross-functional SAP solutions to meet client needs
• Support new business pursuits through solutioning, proposal engagement, and project delivery of accepted solutions
• Work across multiple clients, providing SAP strategy and advisory services
• Foster strong stakeholder engagement with customers, and third-party partners
• Lead solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and early-life support
• Align SAP solutions with Kagool's delivery model and industry best practices
• Assist in defining clients' SAP functional roadmaps and portfolios
• Provide expert guidance during periods of change, ensuring alignment with SAP-centric process templates and emerging technologies
• Contribute into SAP pre-sales activities, including solution costing and proposal development
• Continuously enhance Kagool's SAP offerings and drive innovation in service delivery

·      Ability to identify AS-IS processes and define TO-BE processes.

·      Contribute to production of standard configurations, documentation, and procedures to streamline processes and produce efficiency within the organisation. - Prepare process documentation and coordinated training and UAT activities

·      Communicate and deal with key stakeholders to understand the issues.

·      Good knowledge, ability to understand design/mapping of interfaces & with non-SAP 3rd party systems and SAP systems.

·      Ability to understand customer business process and process requirements. Finding GAPs in the existing solution and should be able to provide resolutions.

·      Able to support SAP ECC and SAP S4 HANA projects.

·      S4 HANA greenfield/ brownfield implementation experience is preferred.

·      Experience in SAP CS and SAP GTS will be added advantage.

Qualifications -

·      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering/another related subject OR

·      M.C.A/ M.B.A/MTech/Any relevant Post graduation.
