Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong expertise in configuration and delivery within SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, including S/4HANA and SAP Public Cloud environments.
  • Proficient in SAP Activate methodology with working knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM (CALM).
  • Solid understanding of SAP Fiori applications, including roles, tiles, and app functionalities.
  • Hands-on experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) integrations and data transfer to third-party systems.
  • Proven experience delivering SAP SD and basic Logistics Execution (LE) solutions, supporting Solution Architects across sales and business development functions.
  • Skilled in designing, customizing, configuring, and testing SAP SD processes. Ability to identify gaps and implement effective workarounds.
  • Strong integration experience with FI, CO, PP, MM, QM, and EWM modules. Proficiency in data migration tools such as LSMW, LTMC, and LTMOM.
  • Desirable cross-functional knowledge of core logistics processes in adjacent SAP modules.
  • Ability to perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements, propose system solutions, and document business needs.
  • Experience facilitating business workshops, mapping client processes and objectives, and recommending product modifications to meet business requirements.
  • Capable of creating functional design documentation, developing test cases, and recording test results.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvements or system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into SAP SD solutions, supporting solution design in alignment with the overall system architecture.
  • Contribute to the preparation of Statements of Work (SOWs) across all phases of the sales cycle.
  • Lead and support integrated workshops involving senior business stakeholders, ensuring detailed understanding and documentation of requirements.
  • Effectively communicate, influence, and inspire stakeholders; serve as a trusted advisor within the SD and broader logistics domain.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex SAP SD solutions across customer implementations with a track record of successful project outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, global stakeholders, customers, and partners.
