**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Solution Design**: Architect end-to-end SAP O2C solutions that integrate with SAP ERP (ECC/S/4HANA), providing seamless functionality across sales, distribution, billing, and finance processes.
- **Implementation and Customization**: Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP O2C modules (SAP SD, SAP LE, SAP Billing, etc.) to align with business requirements and ensure smooth operations.
- **Business Process Improvement**: Analyze and optimize Order-to-Cash business processes, ensuring SAP solutions are designed to maximize efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work with stakeholders across IT, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain departments to define business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- **Integration**: Ensure successful integration of SAP O2C processes with other modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP FI, SAP WM, SAP TM) and third-party systems for smooth data flow and business operations.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Act as the point of contact for O2C solution-related queries, ensuring that all project stakeholders are aligned with the overall vision and objectives.
- **Project Leadership**: Lead and oversee the SAP O2C implementation, guiding the project from requirement gathering through to post-implementation support.
- **Customization & Configuration**: Customize and configure SAP O2C solutions to meet client or business-specific needs, including workflows, reports, and interfaces.
- **Training and Support**: Provide training to business users on SAP O2C functionalities and best practices, and offer ongoing support post-implementation.
- **Documentation**: Produce detailed documentation on system configurations, integrations, and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of the SAP O2C solution, staying up to date with the latest SAP releases and functionalities.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualifications**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- 6-10 years of experience working with SAP, specifically in the SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) area.
- Proven experience in SAP O2C processes, including SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), SAP Logistics Execution (LE), SAP Billing, and SAP Finance (FI).
- Expertise in implementing and optimizing SAP O2C solutions on SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA platforms.
- Strong understanding of integration with other SAP modules like MM, FI, WM, and advanced knowledge in SAP S/4HANA.

**Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in configuring SAP SD, SAP LE, SAP Billing, and SAP S/4HANA modules.
- Knowledge of ABAP, SAP Fiori, or other customization tools.
- Familiarity with third-party integrations and SAP PI/PO.
- Understanding of SAP best practices for Order-to-Cash processes and related industries.
- **Certifications**: SAP certifications related to Sales and Distribution (SD) or SAP S/4HANA certification is highly desirable.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, business teams, and technical teams.
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with SAP Cloud solutions (e.g., SAP Cloud for Customer).
- Knowledge of advanced technologies such as AI, machine learning, or RPA for process automation within O2C.
- Experience working with global clients or projects across multiple regions.
- Familiarity with industry-specific requirements for O2C processes in sectors such as manufacturing, retail, or distribution.
