**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Solution Design**: Design and deliver SAP GRC solutions for clients, focusing on managing risks, compliance, and governance within the SAP ecosystem.
- **Implementation**: Lead the configuration, deployment, and integration of SAP GRC modules (e.g., SAP Access Control, SAP Risk Management, SAP Audit Management) within an organization.
- **Advisory**: Provide expert advice on governance, risk management, and compliance best practices and solutions to stakeholders and clients.
- **Customization**: Customize and configure SAP GRC tools to meet the business and technical requirements of the organization.
- **Collaboration**: Work with cross-functional teams including SAP Security, IT, and business units to ensure seamless implementation of GRC solutions.
- **Risk Management**: Ensure the proper assessment and management of security and compliance risks in line with regulatory standards.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions, including architecture designs, configurations, and implementation steps.
- **Training and Support**: Train internal teams or clients on SAP GRC tools and processes and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
- **Upgrades and Maintenance**: Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and enhancements for SAP GRC solutions.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all SAP GRC solutions adhere to industry compliance standards and regulations (e.g., SOX, GDPR).

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualifications**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. A master’s degree is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- 6-10 years of experience working with SAP GRC modules (e.g., SAP Access Control, Risk Management, Audit Management).
- Proven track record in designing and implementing SAP GRC solutions.
- Familiarity with related SAP technologies like SAP S/4HANA, SAP Security, SAP Fiori.
- **Technical Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control, SAP Risk Management, and SAP Audit Management.
- Strong understanding of SAP GRC workflows, rules, and policies.
- Experience with SAP systems integration and configuration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (ABAP, Java) and related tools is beneficial.
- **Certifications**: SAP GRC certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - GRC) is highly desirable.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with GRC solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, particularly SAP Cloud for Compliance.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards such as SOX, GDPR, or HIPAA.
- Experience with SAP GRC implementation in various industries like manufacturing, finance, or retail.
